Thong Nhat Match Factory was established in 1956 as the first factory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
In 1993, our factory changed to the new business model under the name Thong Nhat Match Company.
Since January 2002, we changed to operate under the joint stock company model, with a new official name: Thong Nhat Match Joint Stock Company.
In 2006, besides the match products, the company invested in modern factories & production lines of carton boxes to expand the product portfolio and meet the market's great demand.
In 2014, Thong Nhat officially joined the gas lighter industry. Very soon after that, Thong Nhat gas lighters dominated the market, becoming the leading brand in terms of quality, superiority in safety, durability, as well as usage timing period compared to other competitors.
